We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred time and lighting conditions. Short-notice shoots can often be arranged — just reach out and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
A clean, decluttered space photographs best. We suggest opening blinds, turning on lights, and removing personal items. If you’d like help, we can assist with light styling or bring props and artwork to enhance the space.
It depends on the package and size of your property — typically:
Photography: 60–90 minutes
Video: 1.5–3 hours
Combined shoot: around 2–4 hours
We always allow enough time to capture your space at its best.
You’ll receive a private online gallery for easy viewing and download — formatted for both web and print. Video files are provided in high-resolution and social-media-ready versions.
Standard delivery is 1-2 business days for photography and 2-5 for video. Rush delivery can be arranged for an additional fee if you’re on a tight deadline.
